Your comment in the EMFacts blog (#682) is the appropriate response. Not talking to the women who have breast cancer to know where they spend their time and how they moved through the building is tantamount to ignoring the reality that their patterns of use in the building is very likely to provide the answer.
The graphs provided, show sharp changes while the average magnetic field was generally low. There is a miscarriabe study that implied that it is the peak levels, not the average which was associated with the risk of miscarriage.
