ABC 7:30 Report on tower protests in Australia

On Tuesday November 22 the ABC’s 7:30 Report aired a story about increasing community concerns in Australia over the proliferation of mobile phone towers. Currently we have a bill before the Senate (Senator Bob Brown) and one before the House of Reps.(MHR Andrew Wilkie) that are both aimed at giving more say to the community in the siting of towers. It is looking like this is an issue that will not go away for the industry for 2012.

The program is available at: http://www.abc.net.au/iview/#/view/858776

You will need to click on the November 22 program.
